On Friday, October 24th, U.S. Trust Bank of America clients were treated to an exclusive evening at LIK USA headquarters in Las Vegas. The event, which was also catered by Southern Nevada’s only food bank, Three Square, provided a unique glimpse at Peter Lik’s facilities while raising money for the hungry.
An in-depth tour, led by key LIK USA executives, kicked off the evening. VIP guests were given an exclusive look at the impressive production facilities, a private viewing room, Peter’s personal studio, and never-before-seen landscape images from the Master Photographer. Afterwards, the group was treated to a screening of Origins, a short film exploring Peter Lik’s life and career as a photographer – from his humble beginnings in Australia to his current status as a leader in the world of fine art photography.
The evening was a longtime in the making, as U.S. Trust Bank of America and LIK USA have worked together for years on various business endeavors. Ted Dake, Senior Vice President of U.S. Trust Bank of America, had nothing but good things to say: “It was great for the clients to experience the amazingly designed space and get an up close and personal look at the stories behind Peter’s incredible images. It was a very unique opportunity and also a lot fun! I’ve received many grateful emails from those who attended.”
The philanthropic organization, Three Square, was hired by U.S. Trust Bank of America to cater the evening. Dake commented: “We’ve always been a supporter of Three Square. This was a great way to provide good cocktails and good food while benefitting a great cause.” Three Square uses all proceeds from its events to provide meals for the hungry.
LIK USA could not have been happier about the successful event, which brought together fine art photography and the local business community – all while helping a wonderful charity.
